Our Damage Claim Process

We take exceptional care in packaging and preparing your order. Each item is photographed in its pristine condition before being carefully packaged and handed to our shipping partner. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we require specific documentation to initiate a formal investigation with the carrier.

Please note: All shipping damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence is mandatory and must clearly show both the damaged packaging and the affected item(s).

Required Information for Claims

  • Clear photographs of the exterior packaging showing visible damage
  • Photographs of the damaged item(s) from multiple angles
  • Original packaging materials must be retained for potential carrier inspection
  • Complete order number and tracking information
  • Detailed written description of the damage sustained
  • Delivery confirmation and signature (if applicable)

Once we receive your complete claim documentation, we will immediately file a formal investigation with the shipping carrier. Please understand that the investigation process is conducted by the carrier and typically requires 7-14 business days. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this process as we work to resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
