Our jewellery is crafted from premium, durable materials designed to resist discolouration, tarnishing, and skin irritation. Each piece is made to maintain its beauty and shine for years of wear.
Any defects in materials or workmanship from our factory. We will replace your item at no cost to you.
Clasps, hooks, or closures that break or malfunction due to factory defects will be replaced.
Chains or links that break under normal wear due to manufacturing issues are covered for replacement.
Stones that fall out or settings that fail solely due to verified manufacturing defects will be replaced with a new item. Damage caused by accidental drops, impact, wear and tear, misuse, or customer handling is not covered and does not qualify for replacement.
We cannot replace jewellery that has been lost, misplaced, or stolen. Please keep your pieces safe.
Damage from dropping, crushing, pulling, or other physical impact is not covered by our guarantee.
Exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, chlorine, or prolonged water contact is not covered.
Minor scratches, scuffs, or natural dulling from everyday wear are part of your jewellery's journey with you.
