SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Please note that during busy periods these shipping times may be increased, check in with your courier to see if there are any delays.
  • Please note that the prices and timelines visible in our Checkout page are the most recent rates.
  • All orders are shipped with a tracked service. A tracking number will be delivered to your email inbox once your order is dispatched.
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ohio, USA. Orders placed by 2PM EST will be shipped the same day, orders placed after that will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped out Monday.
  • The shipping times apply once your order has been processed, which usually takes 1-2 business days.
  • Please double check your delivery address before placing your order as we are unable to do any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been placed. Please contact us at team@frne.co if you have any questions.
  • We ship to most countries worldwide with some exceptions.If you are unsure if we ship to your country, please go to checkout to find out if we ship to your country.

Free shipping is applied AUTOMATICALLY to all orders that apply, no exceptions.**Please double check your delivery address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your order due to mistakes in the provided shipping address.

When placing your order, please make sure you specify the correct shipping address, as Gasper.co takes no responsibility for parcels that have been sent to the wrong address.

As soon as your order has been despatched from our warehouses, you will be notified via email and SMS. This will provide you with your courier tracking link. It may take up to 1-3 days for the courier to update it's tracking with relative information on the whereabouts of your order not including weekends or holidays.

We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with Free shipping.

In case of refused delivery, a $20 / €20 / £20 fee for shipping and handling will be deducted from refunds for domestic USA orders or $30 /  €30 / £30 for international orders.

Delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier service, unless the delays are caused by the customer (wrong or incomplete delivery address).
